Information we collect

When you request an estimate, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, city, ZIP code, project details, preferred timing, preliminary estimate inputs, and any project photos you choose to upload. We may also record the referral source, campaign parameters, and first-party product events such as starting or completing the calculator.

How we use information

• Prepare and deliver the preliminary estimate you requested.
• Contact you about the project, schedule an inspection, and provide service.
• Store the lead and project status in our customer relationship system.
• Understand where users have difficulty and improve the planner.
• Protect the service, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information and currently do not use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising in this planner.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the planner: OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and private storage, HubSpot for customer relationship management and scheduling, and Resend for requested estimate emails. They process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention

Uploaded project photos are stored privately and scheduled for deletion 90 days after upload unless they are needed longer for an active project, a dispute, security, or a legal obligation. Contact and project records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the estimate, service relationship, accounting, warranty, safety, and legal purposes. First-party analytics records are minimized and do not contain the contact fields entered in the form.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request. Email goldenfence.office@gmail.com or call (206) 202-3807. Include your request reference if available. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some records may be retained when required by law or a legitimate business need.

Security and children

We use access controls, private object storage, data minimization, and photo metadata removal to reduce risk. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. This planner is intended for property owners and project decision-makers and is not directed to children under 13.
