Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Golden Fence Project Planner and its preliminary estimate and scheduling features.

Effective September 4, 2026 · Last updated September 4, 2026

Planning tool, not a final quote

Calculator results are preliminary planning estimates based on the information you enter and the current pricing configuration. They are not a bid, contract, promise to perform work, or guarantee of price. Final scope, materials, taxes, site conditions, access, permits, property boundaries, utility location, and price require review and may require an on-site inspection and a separate written agreement.

Your information and permissions

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only project photos and other content you have the right to share. Your use of photos is also governed by the Project Photo Policy, and our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Contact and scheduling

By checking the contact consent box and submitting a request, you authorize Golden Fence to contact you about that request by phone, text, or email. A scheduling confirmation reserves a conversation or inspection time; it does not by itself create a construction contract or guarantee service availability.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the planner, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware or unlawful content, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or submit another person’s sensitive information without permission.

Third-party services

The planner uses third-party services for hosting, storage, customer management, scheduling, and email. Links or integrations may be governed by those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for an independent third-party service outside our control.

Availability and liability

The planner is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Golden Fence is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on a preliminary calculator result or interruption of the planner. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Washington law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions may be sent to goldenfence.office@gmail.com or (206) 202-3807.
